Returns Policy

You may return or exchange any product purchased from Wildflower & Oak within 14 days of receipt of the product, provided it's in it's original condition and packaging.

You can request an exchange by emailing us at hello@wildflowerandoak.com. Please include your receipt number with the email.

You will then be requested to return the product to us. Unfortunately Wildflower & Oak is unable to cover return shipping costs. They must be covered by the purchaser.

Returns will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. A credit note will be issued, minus any shipping costs and returned to your original payment source.

Please note we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
